1980s

Phil Brannen (BSA — Plant Protection and Pest Management, '83; MS — Plant Pathology, '87) was inducted into the Integrated Pest Management Hall of Fame.

Calvin Perry (BSAE — Agricultural Engineering, '86; MS — Agricultural Engineering, '88) retired from his position as superintendent of the University of Georgia’s C.M. Stripling Irrigation Research Center.
